Technology
We use Infrared Heat as our primary repair method. Asphalt is heated to approximately 300 degrees which makes it pliable. New asphalt is added & mixed with existing asphalt and compacted together. This technique holds up and seals much better than older repair methods because water cannot penetrate any part of the repair when completed.
Because the infrared process allows us to use existing asphalt, we can lower material costs and pass the savings to our customers. Furthermore, this process only requires a few workers, leading to fewer overall man hours and equipment costs. This allows us to provide Mid Michigan with an asphalt repair service that ranks among the best.
Many repair operations require large amounts of space which can disrupt business. Our infrared equipment has a small footprint and will minimize traffic congestion. We will gladly work with any business to coordinate our time and efforts so that they can continue to provide a service to their customers with little to no downtime.
